Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced changes to the security code usage of their American Express (AMEX) cards.
The bank revealed that with new changes to their payment gateway, the Card Verification Value (CVV) code used for AMEX cards during online transactions is now different.
As such, they highlighted that AMEX cardholders will now be required to enter the four-digit security code on the front of the card.
They stressed that the three-digit code on the back of the card will no longer allow transactions to be completed.
