A man has died while playing football at Lh. Hinnavaru.

A source from the island told ‘One’ that the man who passed away is Abdulla Mubthaadh, 35, of Dhanganduthalhaage, Hinnavaru.

The source said Mubthaadh experienced pain while he was playing football and excused himself to the bench.

Mubthaadh was taken to the Hinnavaru Health Centre where he passed away while receiving medical care. It is believed Mubthaadh suffered a stroke.
