Renowned Muslim scholar, Mufti Menk is scheduled to visit Maldives in October.

Islamic Minister, Dr. Ahmed Zahir, told 'One' on Monday that Mufti Menk will travel to the Maldives from 28-31 October at the Ministry's invitation.

During the visit, Mufti Menk will also give sermons in Fuvahmulah City and Addu City.

Mufti Menk last travelled to Maldives in January 2020, during which he gave sermons in Male' City, Addu City, and Kulhudhuffushi City.

He also visiting Maldives in 2015 and 2016.

He is the Grand Mufti of Zimbabwe.
