Fathimath Razeena has resigned from the post of Financial Controller.

The Communications Director at the Ministry of Finance Lam'aan Waheed revealed to One Online that Razeena resigned from her post this past week. He added that Razeena resigned to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) qualification abroad.

Razeena joined the ministry during the year 2007 and has served the state for 25 years. She was appointed as the Financial Controller in 2016.

She also worked in the Education Ministry from 1997 to 2007.
