A Police Officer's motorbike has been set on fire in M. Mulah.

Maldives Police Service (MPS) media officer told 'One' on Saturday that they received reports of the incident on Friday night.

MPS said they are investigating the incident.

Photos circulating on social media show a motorbike that has been burnt outside a house. The reason for the arson has not been determined.

Police vehicles have been set on fire in different islands in the past as well.
