The person who threw objects out of a Hiya Flat apartment on Sunday is believed to be mentally ill.

One Online has learned that the objects were thrown out of an apartment on the 17th floor of Hiya Tower 4, by a woman who is mentally ill.

According to Police, the objects were thrown out of the balcony around 12:50 after a scuffle. These objects included pots and pans, planters, and knives among other household objects.

Several vehicles parked nearby were damaged during the incident.
