Ministry of Planning has given the last opportunity to sign the contract for recipients of Hiya Flats.

All 6,720 recipients of the flats have been given a long time to make arrangements and sign the agreements, according to a statement from the Planning Ministry. They urged those who are yet to sign the contract with HDC to do so by September 29th.

The Ministry further added that the failure to sign the contract by the cut-off date will result in them losing their units.

As per a list publicized by the Ministry, there are 40 people who hadn't signed the agreement yet.

Under the regulations, such flats will be awarned to the next in line with the highest marks.
