Hulhumale' City MP's rode the MTCC RTL bus to the Parliament on Wednesday, following which they also took bus rides around Male' City.

MTCC began mini bus service in Male' City on Monday, with 18 mini buses operating on three routes with 40 stops. Eight of the mini buses are dedicated to people with disabilities.

Mini bus fares are set at MVR 7, however bus rides are free for the first two weeks. MTCC has said toddlers under the age of 3-years, senior citizens, and students in uniform will ride free on the bus.

The Raajje Travel Link transport project being carried out by MTCC is one of President Solih's pledges.

RTL bus services will also be extended to the atolls - MTCC has already transported buses to some islands.

MTCC has also introduced high-speed ferry services in the atolls under the RTL project.
