Saudhullah Ahmed has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Transport Ministry.

Spokesperson Miuvaan told 'One' on Wednesday that Saudhullah was appointed as Deputy Minister last week.

Saudhullah previously filled the role of Regional Director, Regional Airports Company LTD and Chairman of Greater Male' Industrial Zone. He is also the Vice President, Maldives Trade Union and a council member of Jumhooree Party.

Apart from Saudhullah, the Transport Ministry has three Deputy Ministers - Hidhaya Naseer, Hamada Abdul Ghanee, and Simaz Ali.
