Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has advised caution against scam messages being sent in HDC's name regarding the Hiyaa Safety Portal.

HDC released a statement on Tuesday stating that multiple people have received texts claiming to be from HDC. The statement said that text messages include links to 'Hiyaa Safety Portal' with instructions on how to access it.

However, HDC assured that the Corporation will not send text messages to the residents in Hiyaa. HDC also added that they will not use a 'Hiyaa Safety Portal' to communicate with Hiyaa residents.

HDC urged everyone to stay vigilant against such scams and to report such messages to HDC on their 3353535 landline.
