Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has completed the construction of Ha. Thuraakunu Ferry Hut.

MTCC said the project falls under the purview of Ferry Stops constructed in Zone 1 of the 'Raajje Transport Link' (RTL) project.

Scope of work for the project included construction of a kiosk, a universal toilet, and a waiting area.

MTCC has also constructed ferry huts in Ihavandhoo, Maavaadhoo, Neykurendhoo, Finey, and Naavaidhoo under the RTL project.
