Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has begun asphalt work for Gn. Fuvahmulah City Internal Roads Construction Project.

The asphalt work was inaugurated by Fuvahmulah City Mayor, Ismail Rafeeq.

Scope of work for the project include sub base preparation of 122,659sqm, an asphalt wearing course of 95, 239sqm, footpath preparation of 27,450sqm, road marking, streetlights, and storm water drainage works of 19,940m.

The project is valued at MVR 331.05 million.
