A team from the European Aviation School of Barcelona (EAS Barcelona) is set to visit the Maldives once again.

Speaking to ONE Online, EAS Official Ismail Imthiyaz said that the team is visiting to hold information sessions on the opportunities available in aviation studies and will hold presentations on their pilot programs in Male' City and Addu City.

The session in Male' City will be held on September 19th at Hotel Jen while the session in Addu City will be held on September 20th at Addu Equator Village.

While these sessions will provide full details regarding the programs at the aviation school those who are interested in attending the sessions can confirm their attendance by mailing [email protected] or call 7786737 for further details.

They also conducted similar sessions at Hotel Jen last June.

EAS Barcelona remains as the sole European aviation school to have received the approval from Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Maldives to train pilots. They are the only school providing EAS and Maldivian pilot license.

Some students studying at Addu Flying School previously have also commenced their training with EAS Barcelona, with two of them having completed the program and returning to the Maldives. They have already begun flying after having completed their studies.

Imthiyaz also stated that EAS Barcelona will prioritize students who had been enrolled at Addu Flying School. As such, those students will be able to pick up the programs from where they left off, which gives them the opportunity to finish the programs faster.
