Bicycle Association (Bike Maldives) and the Ministry of Tourism has announced the Maldives International Cycling Tour to be held this year, to commemorate 50 years of tourism in the Maldives.

The activity is scheduled to be held in Laamu Atoll during the month. of October. The association had signed an MoU with Unix Sporting to run the event. The signing ceremony was carried out at Ekuveni Ground 1.

An official of Bike Maldives revealed to ONE Online that the tour will be held from October 20th till October 24th, and that there was no age restriction on participation. They added that applications to participate will open during September.

The official also noted that a fundraising event will also be carried out alongside the tour.
