Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said the fourth shipment of rock boulders required for B. Kendhoo Shore Protection Project has been delivered to project site.

MTCC said the breakwater construction works are currently ongoing with 60% completion.

Scope of work for the project include dredging operations of swimming track, construction of a 803m breakwater and a 80m revetment.

The project is valued at MVR 39.9 million.
