President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih is set to visit Meemu Atoll this Saturday.

Spokesperson at the President's Office, Miuvaan Mohamed revealed in a tweet that the President will visit four islands during his tour in Meemu Atoll. These include; Dhiggaru, Raiymandhoo, Veyvah and Maduvvari and Muli.

The President will begin the tour with Raiymandhoo on Saturday, before stopping by Muli to conclude the trip on Monday.

President Solih is expected to meet Women's Development Committees, Island Councils and residents of the islands during this trip.

He will also participate in the ceremonies to mark the completion of Dhiggaru Shore Protecton Project and opening of Veyvah Harbor and Powerhouse.
