SJ Construction has been contracted to develop 75 housing units in Haa Alif Atoll Dhihdhoo.

Director General at the Housing Ministry, Ahmed Vishan signed the agreement on behalf of the Ministry while Managing Director of SJ Construction, Mohamed Shahid signed on behalf of the company.

Under this project, 75 rowhouse units of 7000 square feet across two stories will be constructed. Each unit compromises of three bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, laundry room and a store room.

A park and vehicle parking area will also be developed for the residents of the housing units under the same project.

SJ Construction is contracted to finish the project within one year, for MVR 120 million.
