All Maldivians who traveled to Saudi Arabia for the pilgrimage this year have returned back to the country.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs revealed that the last group of pilgrims landed at Velana International Airport this morning.

While 453 pilgrims traveled to Saudi Arabia this year, the last group to return included 177 pilgrims.

The first group to return arrived last Wednesday, with 157 pilgrims while the second group arrived last Saturday with 175 pilgrims.
