Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed the N. Velidhoo Boat Beaching Area project is well underway.

MTCC said the revetment works are currently ongoing with 83% completion, and 98% of the reclamation works have been completed.

Scope of works for the project include land reclamation operations of 3.48 hectares, levelling 138,247sqm of reclaimed area, and construction of 255m revetment.

The project is valued MVR 18.25 million.
