President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has accredited Aishath Shaan Shakir as the new Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to the Federal Republic of Germany and Ahmed Shiaan as the new Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The accreditation ceremony was held at the President's Office on Wednesday Morning.

Aishath Shaan Shakir formerly served as the Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The newly appointed Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Shiaan, previously served as the Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
