Some students studying at Addu Flying School previously have commenced their training with European Aviation School of Barcelona (EAS Barcelona) in Spain.

According to EAS Barcelona, the students will complete their training and get their license in the next month.

Speaking to 'One', EAS Barcelona official said their aim is to ensure the students from Addu Flying School complete their trainings as soon as possible. As such, two students who were previously enrolled at Addu Flying School are currently completing their trainings in Spain.

The official added that the visa process was ongoing for more students to fly out to Spain to commence their training with EAS. The ten students who are set to fly out soon will begin their training from where they left off at Addu Flying School as per the official.

The official also noted that one of the major setbacks for the students is that the student loan by the government for aviation students is open for Addu Flying School alone. As such, it is proving to be a challenge for a lot of students who wish to complete their training with EAS.

The official further added that EAS is in talks with the government to arrange student loans for students who wish to complete their training at EAS.
