President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has called on society to ensure efforts to protect and preserve the dignity of every child in his statement on the occasion of Children's Day.

In his statement, President Solih reiterated on the responsibility of the society to ensure the well-being and safety of children.

He said that society must seek to expand opportunities for children to meet their full potential through the modern education system. He added that children should be insulated from negative influences, and to pay special attention to install true Islamic faith, values, and virtues in children.

President Solih stated that ensuring children's right to quality education and nurturing them from an early age is key in shaping children towards unity and respect.
