Ferry Services from Velana International Airport has been changed to the Male’ - Hulhumale’ terminal.

The Service providers, Airport Ferry Operators Association said this in a statement released yesterday. The statement declared that as of 12:15 am last night, all ferries from the Airport will be traveling in the Male’ - Hulhumale’ route.

The Association revealed that this change was brought about due to more availability of space at Hulhumale’ ferry terminal.

The number of people travelling by sea to the Airport have dropped steeply since the opening of Sinamale’ Bridge.
