High Court Judge Ali Sameer has resigned from his post.

Judicial Services Commission (JSC) has confirmed Judge Sameer has resigned, but did not state a reason for resignation.

Judge Sameer was appointed as High Court Judge on 26 March 2011. He is also the Court appointed representative at JSC.

Prior to his appointment at High Court, Judge Sameer filled the role of Secretary at Criminal Court and presided over Civil Court as Chief Judge as well.
