A protest has been held to call for the resignation of members of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). The protest was held in response to a report released by the ACC on corruption at Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC). Popular attorney, Mariyam Shunana had initiated the protest.

While many civilians participated and picked up signs for the protest, many who gathered had called for the end of corruption and resignation of ACC members.
