The Supreme Court announced the decision in a press kit directive today stating that every court have been ordered to publish daily decisions on their respective website with the signatures of the presiding judges.
Courts are ordered not to make an changes to the verdicts aside from typos and corrections to numbers and the changes must be made in the presence of the attorneys of both parties. And if ruling is corrected, a note must be prepared to clarify that a correction was made.
The Supreme Court made the ruling after a number of issues that surfaced regarding unsigned rulings when judges transfer, go on leave or are suspended.
