Bank of Maldives PLC (BML) has donated wheelchairs to 60 people with disabilities as part of their “Aharenge Bank” (My Bank) campaign since 2017.
The bank said that they have donated 79 motorized wheelchairs under the program since its launch.
CEO and Managing Director of BML said that the program raise the quality of life for people with disabilities and opens opportunities to help the society.
And reiterated that BML will always provide support to education, sports and environment protection.
This year we donated 60 motorised wheelchairs to individuals with disabilities across the country. This brings the total to 76 wheelchairs donated since 2017.
