Malé Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has officially opened and begun using its first auditorium, equipped with modern facilities.

The auditorium was inaugurated by Sheikh Ahmed Sameer at a ceremony attended by a large number of MWSC employees.

According to MWSC, the new facility provides a permanent solution to the challenges of having to rent external venues for company meetings and events.

The auditorium features a 425-seat conference room and a boardroom that can accommodate up to 28 people. It is also equipped with catering facilities and modern technology.

MWSC Managing Director Hussain Fahmy said the facility was completed within 45 days through the hard work of the company’s employees.

He added that, in addition to MWSC activities, the auditorium will be made available for use by government institutions and corporate events organised by businesses.
